Welcome to my website, my name is Elena Shadbolt, I’m a qualified and registered BWRT® and Reiki advanced practitioner.
I am medically trained but have pursued my interest in alternative therapies and healing.
I’m lucky I was trained in BWRT® by Terence Watts himself, the originator of BWRT®, a therapist, author of many books and training courses and principal of the Essex Institute in Essex, UK.
Why is Brainworking so different? It’s a totally confidential method that does not require you to reveal your private information or personal secrets to your therapist and it is carried out in a completely conscious state.
Fears, anxiety, social unease, habits, anger, depression, even severe difficulties that have lasted for years can melt away almost as if by magic.
BWRT® can often resolve difficulties in just a single session, where many therapies can take a lot longer.
BWRT® makes it possible, via a simple technique, to create a new response pattern to any stimulus so that the action the brain triggers is one that we want.
It’s totally content-free, too, so the client doesn’t have to tell the therapist about deeply sensitive or intimate issues, making therapy far easier to conduct in a great many situations. The other great thing about it is that we don’t need to find the originating cause of a problem, only the worst conscious memory of it that the client can consciously find.
BWRT® is not Hypnosis.
It does not use hypnosis or hypnotherapy. It is completely logical, practical and down to earth. It is a completely new form of therapy that is showing remarkable results.
The therapy can even be carried out via the internet, so a lack of confidence, feelings of awkwardness need not be an obstacle to improving your life.
